Although this Challenge is fun to attempt, it doesn't really have Rules you have to follow. There is a Scenario based on it though.
Master Vampire Challenge
Created these rules based off several challenges, I didn’t particularly want to do a legacy version.

Create Your Home, you can use cheats to have the house of your dreams but you can only have 2000 or less left over to live on

Have a secret Basement in Home

Be turned into a Vampire

Grow at least 1 Plasma Tree

Master Vampire Lore Skill

Master Pipe Organ Skill

Career/Job, you can make money any way you want, but it must be from home. No going to a rabbit hole job.

Complete All the Aspirations, have one sim complete all or have a child complete the ones you don’t complete.

Toddler – master Imagination skill

I didn't go off of any other people's challenges related to this, this is all me!
Main Rules:

Create what you think is the perfect Sim!

Master at least 10 Skills!
-
Complete at least 5 Aspirations!

Build your Dream House!
-
Have a pet!
Optional Rules:
-
Master all the Skills! (if you have all the packs like me there's 46!)
-
Find the perfect match for you! (Definitely can create if you need to!)
-
Complete as many Aspirations as possible!
-
Play with Aging Off if you want!
-
Have a Vacation Home! (Create or Download somewhere for your sim to go anytime they want!)

I know that a couple of these rules might be a little bit harder to do if you don't have a pack that allows you to have a pet (Cats & Dogs or My First Pet). I know that you can't technically own another home to have a Vacation Home and it seems silly to make it a Rental because then you have to pay to stay there. I haven't quite figured out the work around on this one, good thing it's an Optional Rule! I highly suggest playing with Aging Off, unless you want to do it Legacy Style...

Gold Digger Challenge
These rules are from Kelsey Impicchiche's Challenge on her YouTube Channel, slightly modified by me.
Main Rules:

You can only make money by marrying and
scavenging
